CEO

Kevin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Unmanned Experts, (UMEX). He is a retired Royal Air Force Squadron Leader with 21 years of service as a combat pilot, including 1,500 hours in Tornado GR4 jets and MQ-1B Predator missions. He holds a Master’s in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, a Commercial Pilot’s License, and is a PMPcertified professional with a U.S. Secret Clearance. Keven is an expert in unmanned systems, swarming, and advanced air mobility (AAM) and is widely published on these topics. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University

Ed serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Unmanned Experts (UMEX), bringing nearly 40 years of expertise in airspace management, communications, and geospatial technology systems. Before UMEX, he supported the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Institute of Justice, aiding state and local law enforcement in adopting geospatial, command and control (C2), and ISR technologies. At UMEX, Ed focuses on advancing capabilities to meet emerging public safety aviation needs, including projects with NASA, USDA, and NIJ, while driving the company’s growth over the next five years.

He specializes in capital formation, business structuring, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Bill spent 10 years in commercial real estate brokerage in Washington, DC, and Denver, Colorado, facilitating over $200 million in transactions.

As retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 25 years of service, Martin brings extensive leadership and innovation experience. As a B-52 aviator, he developed expertise in operations and mission execution. At AFWERX, the Air Force’s premier innovation organization, Martin served as Spark Division Chief, creating an empowered innovation corps, and as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw operations and implemented key business processes. Martin’s proven ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and execute complex projects makes him a critical asset in advancing UMEX’s growth and mission to revolutionize autonomous air mobility.
